6. Roadside Safety
Your safety is important when waiting for roadside assistance.
You are responsible for taking reasonable precautions and following applicable road-safety rules while waiting for assistance.
If your vehicle is in a location where our technician deems it unsafe to perform the work, we may decline to perform the service until the vehicle has been moved or recovered to a safer location.
We will not require a technician to perform work where doing so would create an unreasonable safety risk.
7. Tyre Selection
We will use information provided by you and information available from the vehicle or existing tyres to identify an appropriate replacement tyre.
The customer is responsible for informing us of any unusual vehicle modifications, wheel modifications, specialist tyre requirements or manufacturer-specific requirements that may affect tyre selection.
Where a particular tyre brand is unavailable, we may offer a suitable alternative for your approval.
8. Payment
Payment is due according to the price and payment terms agreed when the service is booked or completed.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated during booking or displayed on our website.
We reserve the right to request payment or a deposit before dispatching a technician or ordering a specific tyre.
9. Cancellations
If you need to cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
A cancellation or call-out charge may apply where:
- A technician has already been dispatched
- A technician has arrived at the service location
- A tyre has been specially ordered for your vehicle
- You provide an incorrect location or vehicle/tyre specification
- Nobody is available at the agreed location

10. Inspection and Additional Problems
A tyre or wheel problem may involve damage that cannot be identified until the technician inspects the vehicle.
If we identify additional problems, we may recommend further work, replacement, repair or specialist attention.
We will not knowingly carry out work that we consider unsafe or unsuitable.
11. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:

- Ensure we have reasonable access to the vehicle

- Make payment according to the agreed terms
- Avoid requesting work in an unsafe location
12. Warranty and Faulty Products

Warranty coverage may depend on the tyre manufacturer, nature of the defect and circumstances in which the product was used.
Damage resulting from punctures, road hazards, kerb impacts, accidents, misuse, incorrect vehicle setup, wheel damage or normal wear and tear will not ordinarily constitute a manufacturing defect.
